Experts were required to cite the IRS Tax Code when helping customers,
but searching was slow. I built a tool that used AI to surface
citations. A product team spun up to take it forward.
iOS demos
Designers wanted to explore native mobile experiences but weren't sure
what was possible. I created a catalog of iOS prototypes demonstrating
different APIs to help ground their feature requests.
Productize AI/ML
A VP wanted to get his org excited about native iOS capabilities for
mobile tax filing. I built a prototype that let customers scan documents
to skip manual entry.
Voice Assistant
What if you could file your taxes just by talking? A series of
storyboard prototypes brought this idea to life for company all-hands
and leadership reviews. Here's one of them.
Motion
Taxes are stressful. Motion was a way of taking the edge off. Well-timed
transitions keep people moving and animations help clarify confusing
forms.
